In an ideal situation, a youth looking to expand their Angora show program will reach out to UARC by submitting a form to the committee with details listed below requesting a Breeder Payment Voucher to assist with the purchase of a rabbit.
** A Breeder Payment Voucher is a document guaranteeing that the UARC Youth Voucher program will cover the cost of purchase of Rabbit and/or equipment for said Youth Member. This allows a Youth UARC Member to shop for a quality Angora Rabbit with the assurance that they can purchase the rabbit.
The UARC Youth Voucher has been created to assist the UARC Youth Members through the advocacy of investment in top-quality available Angora rabbit show stock. The UARC Board of Directors and Membership began fundraising in the Spring of 2022; we will continue to fundraise to provide funds for the UARC Youth Voucher account to the best of our abilities as a personal investment in our youth’s future, Angora rabbits, and the Club. We hope Youth Members and Breeders will take advantage of this Voucher opportunity.
